Sending us artwork

We are able to accept digital artwork in most formats.

Small files, under 50Mb may be supplied via emai to studio@robertparker.co.uk Larger files should be supplied on CD, DVD, USB or FireWire memory stick.
The file(s) we are to use should be clearly identifiable and if more than one, the final versions only, should all be contained together with any linked files within one main folder.

For full colour printing please convert all RGB images to CMYK, this will reduce the possibility of any unexpected colour change that may occur in subsequent conversion.

If a spot colour job, make sure you have just one version of each spot colour. E.g. a composite print will show both black and process black visually as black even where there are two different blacks. Similarly if your pallet contains more than one similar looking colour, a composite colour print may not show a difference. This is a very easy and potentially costly mistake to make. We recommend you print separations on your desktop printer to check. If you have more separations that you expected you will need to rename colours correctly.

Please note: If you are unfamiliar with generating files for print please be aware that images taken from the internet are not suitable for same size print reproduction. Images from the internet will only give satisfactory reproduction if reduced to ¼ size or smaller.  Also the printing process requires that images/graphics are converted from rgb to cmyk colours and may appear different.
